QUEENS WORTH AESTHETICS POLICIES
At our Aesthetic Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Queens Worth Aesthetics experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
A masks will be worn by service providers during duration of service(s). An air purifier is on before, during, and after service(s). The air purifier is used to clean the air and keep the air free of particles, unpleasant smells, and reduces the chance of airborne disease such as COVID-19.
A 20% deposit is due when booking. Deposit is put towards service.
It is NOT recommended that you get a facial or advanced service if any of the following apply:
Sunburned, windburned, extremely dry, chapped, irritated or broken skin
Open wounds or active cold sores/fever blisters on the treatment area
Active or inflamed acne lesions on the treatment area
WITHIN 1 WEEK
Use of topical and/or oral prescription strength medications (such as Retin A®) on the treatment area.
Skin Care Facial
WITHIN 2 WEEKS
Chemical Peel or Exfoliation Treatment
Botox®, Injectables/Dermal Fillers
Laser Hair Removal/Electrolysis on the treatment area
WITHIN 1 MONTH
WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF TREATMENT
Laser treatment/Cosmetic surgery
If any of the following apply to you, it is suggested that you schedule your appointment outside of the indicated timeframe. Apon assesment of the skin if any contraindications apply you may be asked to reschedule you appointment free of charge.
Let Us Know
If you are running late please text or leave a message at (475)-477-9927 to let us know within 10 minutes past your scheduled time. If we are not notified of your late arrival ( within 10 mins past scheduled time) your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged the no-show fee.
Please understand if you are late to your appointment, your appointment will still end at originally scheduled time. This is so we stay on schedule and other guests after you can still enjoy their full time.

All appointment confirmations will be sent out three days prior to your appointment. Please make any appointment modifications including add-ons, rescheduling, or cancellations 72 hours of scheduled appointment. Modifications outside of said timeframe are subject to loss of deposit. Client's who miss their appointment(s) without prior notice (no call, no show) will be charged for scheduled service(s) not be allowed to book any future appointments. If you have purchased a package/series policy still applies. No call no show will result in a loss of a session. Another appointment reminder is sent out 24 hours before your appointment.
You are allowed one reschedule 72 hours prior to your appointment penalty free; deposit transfers over.
Cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
