 Policies

At our Aesthetic Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Queens Worth Aesthetics experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible. 

Covid-19 Protocol 

A masks will be worn by service providers during duration of service(s). An air purifier is on before, during, and after service(s). The air purifier is used to clean the air and keep the air free of particles, unpleasant smells, and reduces the chance of airborne disease such as COVID-19.

Booking 

A 20% deposit is due when booking. Deposit is put towards service. 

Contraindications ​

It is NOT recommended that you get a facial or advanced service if any of the following apply:

NOW

  • Sunburned, windburned, extremely dry, chapped, irritated or broken skin

  • Open wounds or active cold sores/fever blisters on the treatment area

  • Active or inflamed acne lesions on the treatment area

WITHIN 1 WEEK

  • Use of topical and/or oral prescription strength medications (such as Retin A®) on the treatment area.

  • Facial Waxing

  • Skin Care Facial

WITHIN 2 WEEKS

  • Chemical Peel or Exfoliation Treatment

  • Microdermabrasion/Microderm Infusion

  • Eyebrow Microblading

  • Botox®, Injectables/Dermal Fillers

  • Dermaplaning

  • Laser Hair Removal/Electrolysis on the treatment area

WITHIN 1 MONTH

  • Microneedling

  • IPL/Photofacial

WITHIN 6 MONTHS OF TREATMENT

  • Laser treatment/Cosmetic surgery

  • Accutane®

  • Chemotherapy

  • Radiation

If any of the following apply to you, it is suggested that you schedule your appointment outside of the indicated timeframe. Apon assesment of the skin if any contraindications apply you may be asked to reschedule you appointment free of charge. 

Running Late

Let Us Know

If you are running late please text or leave a message at  (475)-477-9927 to let us know within 10 minutes of your scheduled time. If we are not notified of your late arrival your appointment will be considered a NO-SHOW and you will be charged the no-show fee. 

Please understand if you are late to your appointment, that your appointment will still end at its scheduled time. This is so we stay on schedule and our other guests can enjoy their full time.

Cancellation Policy  

All appointment conformations will be sent out three days prior your appointment. If you need to make any appointment modifications (add on or cancel) please do so 48 hours before your appointment. We realize emergencies will happen and will be considered, but we reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for same day (less then 24 hours) cancellation of service(s) scheduled. 

A 24 hour rescheduling notice is required. You are allowed one reschedule penalty free; deposit transfers over. Your rescheduled date must be within two weeks of your original appointment date. 

Clients who no call, no show will be charged in full for scheduled service(s) and will not be able to book any future appoints at Queens Worth Aesthetics. If you have purchased a package/series this policy still applies.  

Cancelation policy is strictly enforced.
